I was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe age of 61.  Living lifelong with an undiagnosed disorder has certainly shaped my life, from my choice of careers to my decision 20 years ago to remain partnerless. I've had plenty of issues and set-backs along the way.  Honestly -- they aren't over -- because part of an ADHD diagnosis is learning to deal with constant change, and relearning norms.

I've learned a slew of tricks and hacks along the way, which I'm happy to pass on to you!
